Design the settings interface of a mobile application, specifically:

  • The general settings screen

  • One of the settings sections where we solve a problem

  • Additionally, describe the ideal structure of the settings

Research:

In the context of this task, we initially created user stories to help us better understand how users interact with the application, which features they use most actively, and which settings raise more questions or difficulties

In the context of this task, we initially created user stories to help us better understand how users interact with the application, which features they use most actively, and which settings raise more questions or difficulties

We are creating a user flow diagram to systematize and visualize the sequence of actions that a user will perform when interacting with the settings section in the mobile application.
Next, we proceeded to analyze the existing solution, which will allow us to gain a deeper understanding of the current state of the settings section and identify opportunities for improvement

Next, we moved on to analyzing references and studied existing applications in the banking services sector to identify best trends and outlined the advantages, disadvantages, and necessary changes.
